Terms of Service
These terms explain the basic rules for using LexiUp apps and LexiUp Pro.
No guaranteed result
LexiUp provides practice, feedback, review, and progress tools. It does not guarantee a score, band increase, PTE score, exam result, visa outcome, or admission result.
AI feedback
AI feedback can be useful but may be incomplete or inaccurate. Treat it as study support, not official IELTS examiner feedback, official Pearson feedback, or an official PTE score prediction.
LexiUp Pro subscriptions
LexiUp Pro subscriptions are purchased, renewed, cancelled, and managed through Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in App Store account settings.
Free and Pro AI feedback access
LexiUp IELTS and LexiUp PTE are ad-free. LexiUp IELTS gives free accounts five successful AI feedback results in any rolling 24-hour window; LexiUp PTE gives each account five lifetime AI feedback requests. Failed requests do not count, and verified Pro access includes unlimited AI feedback. Neither access model creates an official score prediction or exam-readiness guarantee.
User content
You are responsible for the text, audio, profile, and practice content you submit. Do not submit unlawful, sensitive, or third-party content you do not have the right to use.
